This policy describes how orders from Mireles Auto Sales Inc are packed, shipped, and delivered.
We ship nationwide across the United States from our shop in Jackson, Mississippi. If you need international shipping, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can arrange it for your destination.
Every part is made to order, so total delivery time is production time plus transit time. Your quote includes a production estimate for your specific part; shipping transit is additional and depends on the carrier service chosen.
We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and choose the service based on the size and fragility of your part. Shipping cost is calculated per order and included in your quote — no surprise charges at the end.
Printed parts are packed to survive transit: rigid boxes, foam or paper cushioning, and reinforced protection for thin trim pieces. Mail-in original parts are returned in the same shipment as your finished order unless you request otherwise.
If your part arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace transit-damaged parts — see our Returns Policy.
