Mireles Auto Sales Inc designs and 3D-prints custom automotive parts, brackets, and trim pieces for specific vehicle models — for enthusiasts and restoration shops that can't find the part anywhere else.
If it was molded in plastic and the supply dried up, we can usually model it and print it again — matched to your exact vehicle.
Dash bezels, vent surrounds, door pulls, switch panels, and console trim recreated for your model and year.
Broken tabs, sensor mounts, harness clips, and accessory brackets — reinforced where the original failed.
Model-specific retainers and fasteners that dealers no longer stock, printed in small batches.
Grille inserts, badge backers, trim caps, and mirror internals in UV-stable materials.
Discontinued pieces for classic and out-of-production vehicles, modeled from originals or reference photos.
Custom designs from your idea, sketch, or CAD file — a single unit or a short run.
Every part starts with the actual vehicle. We model from the original piece when you can send it, or from your measurements and photos when you can't. Mounting points, clip spacing, and curvature are matched to the specific model and year — not a generic approximation.
Before a final part ships, we run test prints and fit checks. If the first article doesn't sit right, we revise the model and print again. You approve the fit, then we finish the part.
We recommend a material based on where the part lives — heat, sun, vibration, and load all factor in.
Engine-bay brackets and exterior trim. ASA holds color and shape in direct sun.
Tough, slightly flexible — good for clips, bezels, and parts that snap in and out.
Carbon-fiber-filled nylon for load-bearing mounts and high-vibration locations.
Badges, knobs, and small trim with crisp lettering and smooth surfaces.
Daily drivers, project cars, and weekend builds. Replace the one broken piece instead of hunting salvage yards for a donor.
Discontinued trim and hardware for client builds, with repeatable quality when the same part is needed again.
Short production runs of a model-specific part for an owners' club, forum group, or small business.
Vehicle, part, photos, and measurements — or mail us the original piece.
We model the part in CAD and send a fixed quote before anything prints.
A fit-check article confirms dimensions, clips, and mounting points.
Production print in the chosen material, then sanding, priming, or paint-ready prep.
Packed carefully and shipped nationwide from our Jackson shop.
A reprint doesn't have to be a copy. Common upgrades we build into parts:
Interior trim
Engine-bay bracket
Small-batch clips
Usually, yes — that's most of what we do. If you can send the original part (even broken), photos, or accurate measurements, we can model and print a replacement matched to your vehicle.
It helps, but it's not required. A broken original gives us exact geometry. Otherwise, clear photos with a ruler in frame and key measurements are often enough — we confirm fit with a test print.
Material choice is the key. We use ASA and ABS for heat and sun exposure, and carbon-fiber nylon for structural brackets. We'll tell you honestly if a part isn't a good candidate for printing.
It depends on the part — a simple clip is much faster than a modeled-from-photos dash bezel with fit checks. Every quote includes a time estimate before you commit.
